Store was clean and organized, good shop!
This Kohls was great. 1-10 I would give them an 8. Only negative things for me was they didn't have any men's dress shirts larger than 17.5 around neck. But the variety of cloths and reasonably prices was the perfect. Customer service was great. A little confused walking around store, but I'm not much of a shopper.
Went to Kohl's in Saugus today. Was surprised to find that the store seemed bare! I did hear rumors that it maybe ? Closing...but not sure exactly when...or if the rumors are true! Some good clearance sales but you have to be patient and rummage through the racks...good deal today on bed pillows!
Lisette that works at Sephora is amazing. She goes out of her way to find me a Fenty gloss I wanted that wasn't in the display even though it was close to closing time. The entire Sephora staff there is. They are so helpful. Thank you all so much. Give them all a big raise
Khols is redesigning there floor and what’s great about it there is going to be a Sephora in the middle of the store super excited. And they also provide amazon drop off and returns after you do a return they give you a 20% discount off your purchase . Which is so convenient. And the clearance sections are super affordable
The employees are very friendly & I like all the purchases I buy & especially the generous discounts.
Great store! Even after the black Friday rush, the store was neat and well stocked.
The clothing section has a decent variety. However, don't think you'll find many toys, luggage,or other items unrelated to clothing.
